European China Centre Facts and Figures
The European China Centre will be an international multi-functional centre for business, living and leisure. It provides offices, apartments, a hotel, restaurants, Western and Chinese specialty stores and congress and events facilities.
The total development will be 100.000 m²:

- 2e phase: 7.000 m² GFA
- 3e - 5e phase: 50.000 m² GFA
